What We Roll

Eggrolls (known as “burak” in Assyrian) are a common dish across Assyrian and Middle Eastern cultures. Our savory rolls are tightly packed with beef, chicken or vegetables and a blend of mouthwatering spices. These eggrolls are versatile and perfect for a snack, appetizer or full-on meal. We serve them up fresh for folks alone or on a bed of refreshing cabbage and carrots salad , accompanied by our spicy tahini and dill cucumber sauces. Ask us about our sweet and other eclectic eggrolls and we can roll some of up for you too!

Standing the test of time and many tummies across the globe, Roll’D Up carries over the traditional recipes from a lovely aunt’s hands and heart to the folks of Chicago. Our mission centers around providing fresh, fun and delicious fare to all with added modern twists and flare. With every bite, we hope your food-loving self will enjoy and cherish an authentic journey into Assyrian culture and our other fun, tasty recipes!

Where We Roll

Roll’D Up is born and based in Chicago. Our team will be popping up at local festivals throughout the summer, as well as some of Chicago’s favorite breweries, events and other locations. We also come to our customers – catering and serving at private events. We are lucky to call the Envision Foods shared space in Logan Square our kitchen. Check out the Envision’s team awesome mission, supporting persons with intellectual and development disabilities of all ages and abilities.
